Event Branding – 2016 Charity Golf Tournaments

The ABRA 2016 Golf Tournaments were held around the country to raise thousands of dollars for local charities. We partnered with children’s hospitals and foundations, raised sponsor dollars from national and local vendors, and invited business partners to participate in the events with their colleagues. This was a massive effort by both the marketing and sales teams to raise as much money as possible for these charities, while at the same time unifying and improving the brand from previous years.

I had an integral role in the planning, development, execution, and presentation of this brand. Collaborating with the ABRA marketing team for feedback along the way, I developed the visual language of the brand. Extensions of the brand include:

  • Webpages
  • Save the Dates – print and email
  • Participant Invitations – print and email
  • Sponsor Invitations – print
  • Event Signage – banners, hole signs, table tents, easel signs, and more

I was also essential in selecting a new credit card processing vendor, completing research and vetting multiple vendors, before deciding on Eventbrite as the proper partner for the scale of our events and the price of utilizing their system.

Thousands of dollars were raised for children’s charities around the country, which I am very proud to have taken part in.
